I have duplicate mails in my 'Sent Items' folder. Why?

Citadel automatically stores all outbound messages in Sent Items. If you are using an email client program on your computer or phone instead of webmail, that program may also store a copy in "Sent" or "Sent Items". You should configure your mail program to disable this behavior, since Citadel is already taking care of it for you on the server side.
