WebCit appears to have gone haywire - markup is scattered all over the screen?

This happens when WebCit has recently been upgraded, and client web browsers are caching the stylesheet and/or scripts from the previous version. Assuming that WebCit has been installed properly, this problem can nearly always be cleared up by simply clearing the cache on your web browser.
